For membership bodies and arts organisations

The funders your members would apply to if they knew the landscape

A one-off Funding Intelligence Map for your organisation. We surface every funder that has already paid for work your members do — and the route they paid under. You hold the asset. Your secretariat decides what to do with it.

Three ways your organisation uses it

    Secretariat answer

When members ask where to apply, your team has a defensible answer drawn from real award history — not a generic shortlist.

    Member-facing content

Use the map as the source for a quarterly digest your members read. An evidence-led asset that supports your advocacy and sector positioning.

    Sponsor and partner conversations

Walk into corporate, civic and funder meetings with a concrete map of where your discipline intersects the funding landscape — and where it is currently missed.

    £1,500 per organisation

    • Every funder route open to your organisation, assessed across seven funding layers: national and family trusts, livery company foundations, statutory funders beyond Arts Council England, community foundations, developer and corporate funds, social investment and match instruments, and prizes and in-kind routes
    • Route status and the eligibility gate for every funder, confirmed against the funder's own current guidance
    • The framing under which comparable work has been funded, route by route
    • Routes that do not fit, listed with reasons, so your board sees the whole field was assessed rather than a shortlist
    • A month-by-month funding calendar: every named window across the next 12 months with real dates, round openings and decision points
    • Member-archetype layer: which categories of your members fit which routes
    • Delivered as a board-ready PDF plus the underlying data, within 15 working days of payment
    • Optional 30-minute handover call

    Why organisations buy this

Built from verified award history: every route is backed by grants that were actually paid, not scraped listings

Buyer guarantee: if the map does not surface at least ten funder routes you are not currently pursuing, you are refunded in full

Confidential by default: we never name a client organisation in any external communication without written consent

    Common questions

    When do we pay?

Stripe Checkout takes payment securely up front, and the map is delivered within 15 working days. If it does not surface at least ten funder routes you are not currently pursuing, you are refunded in full.

    Who owns the report?

Your organisation. It is your intelligence asset to use internally, share with board and sponsors, or repurpose into member-facing content.

Is this a directory of grants?

No. Directories already exist. This is route logic: which funders have already paid for comparable work, what framing they paid under, and which categories of your members are the closest archetype match for each route.

What if a funder on the map closes or changes its rules?

Funder programmes open, close and refresh constantly, which is exactly why a static list decays. Every route on the map carries a status confirmed at delivery, and refresh arrangements are available after the first map so the plan stays live.

    Can we keep it updated?

Yes — there are refresh and retainer arrangements available after the first map is delivered. We do not pitch those up front.

Buy the map. Hold the asset. Decide what to do with it.
